Introduction
This five-day course shows how to build and run an innovation system that delivers repeatable outcomes. It focuses on the practical components you need: governance, funding, process, metrics and portfolio management. Sessions combine short case examples and workshop work you can apply to your organisation immediately.
Objectives
2. Design an end-to-end innovation operating model with roles, decision points and funding pathways.
3. Create a prioritized experiment portfolio with clear success criteria and resource plans.
4. Define metrics and dashboards to measure pipeline health, velocity and impact.
5. Produce a 90-day implementation plan to improve one process or launch one scalable experiment.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
